It's a great result for a project that's brought close to 500 new rental homes to a once overlooked site in Brunswick, with sustainability credentials to match. LIV Albert is targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating and a NatHERS average of 8.2 stars, backed by 99.5 kW of rooftop solar, all part of the ESD scope Ark Resources delivered on the project.
